This is my review of the Keurig Mini Plus. I like it because I'm not a very regular coffee drinker and when I do drink it, I typically only want one cup. This enables me to also serve coffee to guests and they can choose from a variety of flavors and styles from dark French roast to decaf. I like the Keurig Mini B 31 single cup coffee brewer for the compact size and the price (under $100.). It works quite well and brews a nice cup of coffee. Comes in Sliver as seen in this video as well as Black and Red. Here I also talk about the Ekobrew insert as well as Newman's Own organic decaf K-Cups and Starbucks House Blend. The Ekobrew insert can also be used to brew loose tea.

My second Keurig coffee maker quit working, as evidenced by this video. In any cup size it only brews around 2 ounces, if that. I don't heavily use the unit and frequently clean and descale it. I called their customer service line and talked to a tech. She told me that there was definitely something wrong but since it was out of warranty (purchased in late 2009) all they could do was offer me a $40 discount off a new unit (no thanks!). I am incredibly disappointed in their customer service — I was a huge Keurig fan but their coffee makers are totally unreliable and the fact that they do not stand behind their products says something about their company.
